Our private lessons are all about you - whether you're interested in pre- or postnatal Pilates, improving your alignment and strength to complement sports training, or to feel stronger and more flexible in your everyday life, one-to-one and small group lessons are ideal for helping you meet your goals at a pace and style that suits you.
We also offer a Posture Analysis review, which will assess any muscular imbalances and help tailor the lessons to maximise results. This can be included at no additional cost during your first lesson.
Lessons can either be one-to-one, or you can team up with a couple of friends and create your own private group. All mats and other light equipment are provided, and lessons last one hour.
